Updated registrations: If a library has already signed up for the NOVELNY Databases program, but now needs to let us know about an update (for example, if your IP address has changed or if there is a new contact person), please email nyslnovel@mail.nysed.gov or call the NOVELNY Help Desk toll-free at (877) 277-0250 to report the change. Callers in the Capital District call (518) 486-6012.

If you have direct access to the Internet, provide your IP address or IP address range (as given below). Please do not use the Enter key when inputting more than one IP address; use a semi-colon or comma to separate IP addresses:

Preferred formatting for IP Address Ranges
Use an asterisk(*) to indicate a complete range (1-255), for example:
111.22.333.*
111.22.*.*

Use a hyphen to indicate an incomplete range, for example:
111.22.333.440-449
111.22.333-339.*

If no IP Address is available, ask your library if they have a dial-up connection. If a dial-up is used, please note in the comment box below.
