For each Title program in which the transferability option will be used, enter the 2016-2017 allocation (do not include carryover), and enter the amount of funds which use is being transferred (the amount cannot exceed 50 percent of the 2016-2017 allocation).
Enter totals for the transfer columns; the totals must be equal. Please enter whole-dollar amounts with no commas or dollar signs.
